Is it compliant with Google’s rules? +
Yes. The “Leave a Google review” button is always shown, whatever the rating given: we do not filter negative reviews and do not divert anyone from Google (“review gating” is prohibited by Google — we don’t do it). The satisfaction rating is solely for your internal tracking.
What happens if a customer isn’t satisfied? +
They still see the Google button. On top of that, we offer them — without forcing it — to leave you private feedback, so you can improve. They remain free to publish their review on Google.
Do I have to reprint if I change business or listing? +
No. The QR stays the same: you change the targeted Google listing from your dashboard. Materials already printed keep working.
Is my customers’ data protected? +
Yes. Ratings are anonymous (no personal data), scan IPs are hashed and hosting is in France. Native GDPR compliance.
