Pricing questions
How does the 14-day trial work?
On Essentiel and Pro, you create an account without a credit card. You test everything for 14 days. On day 15, your account becomes read-only but the QR codes you created keep redirecting. On day 75, the account is deleted if you haven't subscribed.
What is the 30-day grace period?
It's our “no surprise deactivation” guarantee. If your subscription falls into arrears (expired card, limit reached…) or if you cancel, your QR codes keep redirecting for 30 days. You have time to sort things out or export your data without your already-printed materials pointing nowhere. After 30 days, the redirects are disabled — but your QR codes can be reactivated by subscribing again.
Can I change plan?
Yes, at any time. Upgrade applied immediately with proration. Downgrade effective at the next renewal.
What about yearly billing?
Yearly is equivalent to 10 months (-17%). No proration if you cancel mid-year, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
What happens if a payment fails?
The payment is automatically retried 3 times over 7 days. If it keeps failing, your account becomes read-only. The 30-day grace period then applies: your QR codes keep redirecting during this time. You can pay at any moment to reactivate the account.
Is the API included in the plans?
The public REST API is reserved for the Pro plan. You generate your keys from the dashboard, then create, update and view your QR codes as well as their statistics aggregated per program — ideal for agencies and multi-location use. The full documentation (OpenAPI) is public at /api/docs.
